Upon receipt of the completed form and payment of the nominating fee (£300 plus VAT), we will nominate an adjudicator (usually within 48 hours but certainly within 4 working days) to deal with your dispute. We will then write to both parties (or their representatives where details are provided on the form) and notify them of the appointment of the adjudicator.
